      Our Invisible Enemy (Anger)

Anger as we all know is another form of “fire and self destructing behavior” which not only consumes our own happiness, also effects other person. It was quite often proved “Anger” seldom bring positive results. Anger arises, when one does not get desired results or demands/expectations are not met. A person with angry mind, loses the rational thinking, displays lack of respect in the language used, spoils the relationships and leaves negative scars. Further they lose charm & respect in people and endure with self-inflicted invisible pain.

We come across few people at work place who are chronically angry (tempermentally weak), who fail to manage the anger in adversaries and in the habit of shooting hurtful words. Experts say, displaying continuous anger towards people is far deeper problem which causes due to impatience, insecurity, fear of failure, low-confidence etc.,. Anger stimulates the release of adrenaline (poisonous toxins) in our body which in turn harm Kidneys, raises blood pressure, dysfunction the immune system and leads to cardiac issues if not controlled.

Anger is a rare ability to release at the right time, with right purpose in the right manner. Majority of successful leaders are exceptionally good in managing anger and wanted and respected by people. They are very effective in extracting the desired performance with focus. It is a proven fact leaders with patience and composure contribute more and serve longer.

Determined to be happy, meditation, patience, grace, non-judgmental, non-controlling attitude, working toward win-win situations, relaxing, listening more, maintaining a healthy diet are the few tips used to manage anger with constant practice.
