Breaking Free from Anxiety: A Path to Inner Strength
Anxiety is a common mental health disorder that affects millions of people worldwide, often leading to more severe conditions such as depression, increased risk of suicide, and disability. While treatments like psychotherapy and medication are available, they do not always yield long-term success, and relapse rates remain high. Managing anxiety effectively requires strengthening our internal coping mechanisms and adopting a mindset that sees life’s challenges as meaningful and manageable.
