Nice Read GG. We often fill our time by completing task after task, what next mindset and gets in to rat race thinking that we are productive and eventually we deplete all forms of energies. At times your mind starts thinking with 100 Kms while body may not support in action with the same speed, leading to unrest. LIke software professionals who are being billed while on their projects we tend to think we must achieve something else you are on bench or branded as non-achiever. Experts say it is other way, we need time…we need time to pause, reflect, enhance mindfulness, correct mistakes, respet & provide rest to body, get clarity of thought, understand purpose of life…all this you can do only you create time and declutter from external noises. We need to manage our energies first and our time slots next-Srini Jakkam
