The Leadership Mind Map outlines eight key qualities of a leader as follows:

      1. **Supportive**:
A supportive leader encourages and assists team members, creating an environment where they feel valued and motivated. This involves providing resources, feedback, and emotional support to help others succeed.

      2. **Inspirational**:
Inspirational leaders motivate and uplift their team through their vision and enthusiasm. They set a positive example, communicate effectively, and instill a sense of purpose, driving the team towards shared goals.

      3. **Honest**:
Honesty is fundamental for building trust within a team. Honest leaders are transparent, ethical, and straightforward, fostering a culture of integrity and reliability.

      4. **Highly Committed**:
A highly committed leader demonstrates dedication and perseverance. Their strong commitment to the organization’s goals inspires similar dedication from team members, ensuring sustained effort and resilience.

      5. **Passionate**:
Passionate leaders are deeply enthusiastic about their work and the mission of the organization. Their passion is contagious, energizing the team and encouraging them to give their best efforts.

      6. **Reflective/Decisive**:
Reflective leaders take the time to consider various perspectives and past experiences before making decisions. Being decisive means they can make clear, timely decisions that guide the team effectively, balancing careful thought with action.

      7. **Creative**:
Creativity in leadership involves thinking outside the box to solve problems and innovate. Creative leaders encourage brainstorming, embrace new ideas, and adapt to changing circumstances with flexible strategies.

      8. **Problem Solver**:
Effective leaders are adept at identifying issues and finding solutions. They approach challenges methodically, leveraging analytical skills and collaborative efforts to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.

Each of these qualities contributes to a leader’s ability to guide their team successfully, fostering a productive, positive, and goal-oriented work environment.
