Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Workplace – Survey

The Global HR Community (GHRC) is conducting this research survey to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Workplace and understand its impact on employees, organizations, and the future of work. As a global platform connecting HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers, GHRC is committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the HR and business ecosystems.

Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, is transforming how work is performed, creating new opportunities, efficiencies, and challenges. This study seeks to uncover how individuals and organizations are leveraging AI, the skills required to harness its potential, and the concerns and opportunities associated with its adoption.

Through this survey, GHRC aims to:
• Understand how AI tools are currently used by employees and organizations.
• Explore perceptions of AI’s impact on productivity, hiring, and skills.
• Highlight key concerns organizations face in adopting AI technologies.
• Provide insights to help organizations better integrate AI into their workflows while addressing ethical and workforce-related challenges.
