At the Global HR Community (GHRC), we are dedicated to providing quality products and services. This policy details the terms for cancellations and refunds for our membership subscriptions, online courses, digital content, and physical merchandise.

  1. Membership Subscriptions:
  • Free Trial: New subscribers enjoy a 30-day free trial to assess our services.
  • Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are possible post-trial once the paid subscription period starts.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds are available for membership subscriptions after commencement of the paid period.
  1. Online Courses:
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not accepted once payment is made and the course has commenced.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for online courses once they have started.
  1. Digital Content (E-books, Tools):
  • Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for digital products are not typically provided. However, if you experience technical issues (e.g., downloading problems, file corruption) that we are unable to resolve, a refund may be offered at GHRC’s discretion.
  1. Physical Products (T-Shirts, Caps, Bags, Cups, etc.):
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a cancellation.
  • Refund Policy:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
    • If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, it must be in unused condition, and the return request must be made within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
