What is Events?

The “Events” section on the GHRC platform provides a dedicated space for users to stay updated on HR-related events. Accessible under the “Connect” menu in the GHRC portal, this section serves as a centralized hub for industry events, featuring key details like date, title, and a brief description for each event. Users can view events in multiple formats—list, month, or day view—and utilize the search bar to find specific events. Each event entry includes an image for easy recognition, and users can subscribe to the calendar for timely reminders. This layout helps users stay informed, connect with peers, and find valuable learning and networking opportunities within the HR community.

By selecting an event, users can access a detailed event page with an overview, including event dates, location, and topics to be covered. For attendees, a registration link provides convenient access to sign up. Social sharing options allow users to share events across platforms, and calendar integration options (Google, iCal, Outlook) make it easy to add events to personal schedules. The layout also includes navigation to related events and response options, ensuring users have all necessary details, registration options, and seamless calendar integration.
