Based in Stockholm, Avanti brings over two decades of global experience in leadership development across diverse international settings. Her master’s degree in Psychology informs her evidence-based approach to fostering connection, trust, and resilience in the workplace. Having lived and worked in Stockholm, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Bangalore, Avanti offers a unique cross-cultural perspective on creating thriving work environments where employees can reach their full potential.
