A Marketing Lead works closely with company’s digital teams for building its strong web presence and for ensuring its brand consistency through various digital marketing channels.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field
  • Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Director
  • Proven experience in building and implementing effective digital marketing strategies/campaigns.
  • Experience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress)
  • Experience in marketing AI/CX technologies will be a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of web design
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM software, and SEO/SEM tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools as well as best practices
  • Familiarity with the working process of all digital marketing channels

The various Content teams report to the Chief Content Officer and have strategy, product management, operations and support responsibilities for each of the Content verticals- Research, Web Curation, Company Documents, and Structured Data. About the Role:

The Business Analyst II will be part of a newly formed Content Strategy, Planning and Analysis team- a horizontal function working across all the lanes within the Content Organization. As a Content Analyst, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations and Revenue teams and contribute to the ideation, integration, and support of a variety of in-demand structured and unstructured content within our industry-leading AI platform (SaaS and Enterprise) and content strategy, and ultimately ensure we are successfully and continuously driving value for our users. Who You Are:

Required:

  • Minimum 3 or more years experience in business intelligence, data analysis and due diligence, having worked in consulting management, financial and corporate services industries.
  • A critical thinker, with attention to detail and effective organizational skills, who is able to manage diverse data and build effective presentations for product and content leaders with actionable suggestions to improve or influence operational decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to identify patterns from complex data, produce accurate conclusions, and report critical information or recommendations.
  • Ideally some experience with data manipulation in SQL/Python/R, and Data visualization using Tableau/PowerBI/Looker.
  • Possess the ability to multitask and work effectively under time pressure; a willingness to contribute independently; an eagerness to continue learning new skills; and a drive to deliver tangible results.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Provide support in investigating and/or addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors
  • Run detailed data analysis to build dashboards and reporting in support of projects/programs, collaborating with Content Team and Business Intelligence functions
  • Track, process and manage content requests in ProductBoard, and generate reports, dashboards and content presentations
  • Track new industry trends, source new content sets, and compile competitive intelligence to better inform product and content strategy
  • Rapidly get up to speed on AlphaSense, programs, processes and tools and be able to manipulate data effectively
  • Support and identify internal process improvement opportunities, by performing a gap analysis of current and future state processes/workflows,and implementing the improved target state

About The Role

Product Operations builds the connective tissue between product and user-facing teams so that Ethos can ultimately deliver more value to more users, faster. As a Product Operations Analyst, you’ll work with both customer facing teams as well as product management and engineering teams to help ensure a smooth experience for our customers. You’ll be expected to help build strong connections with user-facing teams (support, sales, account management, etc) and ensure a tight product feedback loop as issues and product bugs are raised. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role, and it will be a critical lever for us to deliver on our mission.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a product quality advocate - Field questions and feature requests from customer facing teams, triage issues surfaced, and work closely with engineers and product managers to identify, size, and fix product bugs
  • Triage and resolve a high percentage of technical and product issues being raised by customer facing stakeholders and other users of Ethos technology
  • Be the primary point of contact between the product/engineering teams and customer facing teams, communicating product and bug updates out to affected stakeholders
  • Work with software engineers and product managers to collect, quantify & prioritize product-related bugs and other challenges to be considered in future development sprints - use sql or other analytical methods to size issues and estimate impacts
  • Help up level product and engineering’s understanding of how the product is being used by our customers
  • Help execute on continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering and customer facing teams
  • Ensure operating team readiness when launching new features and customer experiences
  • Be a representative of the customer’s voice as we look to build new features, launch new products, and improve our current customer experience
  • Identify and actively build connections with relevant subject matter experts across the company to surface insights, help ensure alignment between different teams, and pave the way for a smoother customer experience

Qualifications And Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, product, or another analytical role

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for activities related to accounting and tax compliance for Indian and global operations. The Brief

  • Knowledge and implementation of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision & design
  • A keen sense of developing strategy solutions, from brand strategy, down to tactical social, content and influencer strategies
  • An out of the box perspective on data and research to find interesting consumer insights that we can leverage on
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • An understanding of community management and social listening to deeply understand people
  • Ability to read and internalise social media comments and differentiate people’s behaviours on different social platforms
  • Brings the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining and insightful synthesis of quantitative research to inform a strategic approach
  • Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow that will help form a compelling story
  • Deck crafter - someone that can detail out ideas and insights that are clear and can sell!
