Key Responsibilities

Category Growth & Quick Commerce

• Identify high-demand SKUs and optimize product assortment to drive GMV.

Pricing & Promotions

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer for the backend engineering team in the post-dispatch vertical at ClickPost. You will be a core member of the team playing a vital role in developing the vertical through product developments, feature additions, scale-up and scale-out enhancements, system reliability and end-to-end user experience enhancements.

The Post Dispatch Platform is responsible for managing all operations related to a shipment once the label is created (i.e., shipment manifestation is completed in the courier system). It includes services such as tracking, notifications, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management, NPR (Non-Pickup Report) management, and more.

Expectations from the Role:

  • Proficiency in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of backend technologies such as Java/Python, databases, Kafka, messaging systems,etc.

  • Collaborate with Product Management on the vision for Data Pipelines Product and create a product roadmap
  • Use your knowledge of the product vision and architectural direction to manage a product backlog, including writing detailed stories with acceptance criteria and success metrics
  • Synthesize customer and stakeholder requirements to create a value aligned, prioritized product backlog

The Sales Development Representative Role
