As the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at CONSYST, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our company’s objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Job Overview:

They are responsible for the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. This role involves coordinating with various departments, providing support and resources, and helping new employees integrate into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all new hire paperwork and documentation.
  • Organise and schedule orientation sessions, engagement meetings, and training programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate with new hires until they are successfully transitioned to their respective teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
  • Initiate Background Verification (BGV) and Professional Reference (PR) checks for employees.
  • Arrange accommodation for candidates according to company policy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Manage candidate reimbursements efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or onboarding roles is an advantage.

  • To review and evaluate product history and process parameters for technical remediation and improvement of product robustness.
  • To prepare and submit the investigation reports for OOS, OOT and any failure for exhibit/validation/commercial batch manufacturing and during stability testing.
  • Track wise related activities Change control/CAPA/Planned deviations/Unplanned deviations related activities etc.
  • To prepare and review product containment approach and risk assessment for new product.
  • To prepare and review risk assessment report for elemental impurities/Nitrosamine impurities/residual solvent.
  • To arrange placebo for quality control testing, change part development and to evaluate feasibility of product etc.
  • To prepare and review statistical evaluation for process evaluation.
  • To prepare and review standard operating procedures, training schedule, and conduct training

Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support software application development. Key Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of UX/VX experience
  • Coordinate with users and product stakeholders  to gather information about their requirements
  • propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software applications
  • create user personas, user journeys and site maps
  • translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Axure, Adobe product suite, Figma, Miro or other tools
  • work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering various display devices
  • work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams,
  • liaise regularly with stakeholders & teams to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives
  • attend meetings to discuss and review progress on the project
