Role Purpose:

Understand the Aftermarket business needs in terms of business intelligence solution and translate them into technical requirements that can be implemented by the technical team. Play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, conducting user acceptance testing, and documenting the solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders from Vehicle aftermarket Sales, business development, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to understand their data needs and requirements
  • Data analysis and modeling: Responsible for analyzing data to identify patterns and trends, and to develop data models that support reporting and analytics.
  • Developing and documenting business rules and data definitions: Develop business rules that define how data should be used and interpreted within DW&BI. Develop data dictionaries to document data definitions and metadata.
  • User acceptance testing: Responsible for designing and executing user acceptance testing to ensure that the data warehouse and business intelligence solution meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Training and support: Develop training materials and provide user support to ensure that stakeholders can effectively use the data warehouse and business intelligence solution.
  • Continuous improvement: Work with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and to develop a roadmap for ongoing enhancements to the data warehouse and business intelligence solution.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ERP systems (XA, SAP, M3 etc)

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
