Job Description

A Marketing Lead works closely with company’s digital teams for building its strong web presence and for ensuring its brand consistency through various digital marketing channels.

  • Create Product Marketing and Sales collaterals – Whitepapers, Case Studies, etc.
  • Manage external resources including agencies
  • Operate independently under minimal supervision
  • Curate utilitarian reports to showcase digital growth and highlight achievements.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field
  • Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Director
  • Proven experience in building and implementing effective digital marketing strategies/campaigns.
  • Experience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress)
  • Experience in marketing AI/CX technologies will be a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of web design
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM software, and SEO/SEM tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools as well as best practices
  • Familiarity with the working process of all digital marketing channels
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

The Content organization is responsible for identifying, creating, licensing and integrating best-in-class unstructured and structured data that is both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The various Content teams report to the Chief Content Officer and have strategy, product management, operations and support responsibilities for each of the Content verticals- Research, Web Curation, Company Documents, and Structured Data. About the Role:

The Business Analyst II will be part of a newly formed Content Strategy, Planning and Analysis team- a horizontal function working across all the lanes within the Content Organization. As a Content Analyst, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations and Revenue teams and contribute to the ideation, integration, and support of a variety of in-demand structured and unstructured content within our industry-leading AI platform (SaaS and Enterprise) and content strategy, and ultimately ensure we are successfully and continuously driving value for our users. The Content Analyst candidate we seek has experience in consulting, B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application companies, with ideally a background in financial and corporate industries.

This role will report into the Director, Content Strategy, Planning & Analysis.

Who You Are:

Required:

  • Minimum 3 or more years experience in business intelligence, data analysis and due diligence, having worked in consulting management, financial and corporate services industries.
  • A critical thinker, with attention to detail and effective organizational skills, who is able to manage diverse data and build effective presentations for product and content leaders with actionable suggestions to improve or influence operational decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to identify patterns from complex data, produce accurate conclusions, and report critical information or recommendations.
  • Ideally some experience with data manipulation in SQL/Python/R, and Data visualization using Tableau/PowerBI/Looker.
  • Possess the ability to multitask and work effectively under time pressure; a willingness to contribute independently; an eagerness to continue learning new skills; and a drive to deliver tangible results.
  • Exceptional Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Google Sheets/Google Docs/Google Slides experience

Strongly Preferred:

What You'll Do:

  • Address ad hoc requests for data analysis and reporting, including usage, readership, coverage details across the AlphaSense content landscape and product offerings
  • Provide support in investigating and/or addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors
  • Run detailed data analysis to build dashboards and reporting in support of projects/programs, collaborating with Content Team and Business Intelligence functions
  • Track, process and manage content requests in ProductBoard, and generate reports, dashboards and content presentations
  • Track new industry trends, source new content sets, and compile competitive intelligence to better inform product and content strategy
  • Rapidly get up to speed on AlphaSense, programs, processes and tools and be able to manipulate data effectively
  • Support and identify internal process improvement opportunities, by performing a gap analysis of current and future state processes/workflows,and implementing the improved target state

About The Role

Product Operations builds the connective tissue between product and user-facing teams so that Ethos can ultimately deliver more value to more users, faster. As a Product Operations Analyst, you’ll work with both customer facing teams as well as product management and engineering teams to help ensure a smooth experience for our customers. You’ll be expected to help build strong connections with user-facing teams (support, sales, account management, etc) and ensure a tight product feedback loop as issues and product bugs are raised. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role, and it will be a critical lever for us to deliver on our mission.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a product quality advocate - Field questions and feature requests from customer facing teams, triage issues surfaced, and work closely with engineers and product managers to identify, size, and fix product bugs
  • Triage and resolve a high percentage of technical and product issues being raised by customer facing stakeholders and other users of Ethos technology
  • Be the primary point of contact between the product/engineering teams and customer facing teams, communicating product and bug updates out to affected stakeholders
  • Work with software engineers and product managers to collect, quantify & prioritize product-related bugs and other challenges to be considered in future development sprints - use sql or other analytical methods to size issues and estimate impacts
  • Help up level product and engineering’s understanding of how the product is being used by our customers
  • Help execute on continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering and customer facing teams
  • Ensure operating team readiness when launching new features and customer experiences
  • Be a representative of the customer’s voice as we look to build new features, launch new products, and improve our current customer experience
  • Identify and actively build connections with relevant subject matter experts across the company to surface insights, help ensure alignment between different teams, and pave the way for a smoother customer experience

Qualifications And Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, product, or another analytical role
  • 1+ year experience with Javascript, Java, or SQL
  • Must be able to demonstrate a mix of analytical mindset, technical abilities, and business acumen, with a personal drive to work proactively and take ownership in all you do
  • Need a customer focused mindset with a deep understanding of how the user experience can and should shape the direction of the product and processes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign execution, and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.

Job Accountabilities

  • To assist in the delivery of all support services required for successful organization of Events and Exhibitions thereby delivering excellent service to all clients.
  • To conduct show arounds with prospective clients & their vendors and help them to prepare detailed event layouts.
  • To coordinate with clients / agencies and prepare a robust operation schedule to minimize the setup and dismantle time and offer complete event support services to the clients.
  • To compile, cross check and verify that all relevant licenses and permissions required for the event have been procured.
  • To ensure delivery of all JWG operational services to clients in a time bound manner with the help of internal resources.
  • Should have an in depth understanding and knowledge of event production and on ground operations for all kinds of events.
  • To have knowledge and understanding of structures that are being set up for events. (hangers, pagodas, stages, scaffolding, kitchen structures, mandap structures)
  • To have knowledge of safety best practises followed for events.
  • Should be able to plan and coordinate hospitality and logistics movements of an event.
  • To follow all existing processes that have been laid down at JWG for successful event operations.
  • To ensure all clients / vendors / agencies follow all rules & guidelines of JWG.
  • To prepare / update the database of vendors / suppliers who have provided services and materials for earlier events at JWG.
  • To prepare / update the S.O. Ps for entire event support services including process checklists, list of consumables etc.
  • To support the O & M team in determining the cleaning frequency and schedules for all the areas.
  • To coordinate and assist in the deployment of additional manpower for operations & management for events & exhibitions.
  • To be able to step in when the Lead Operations is not available.
  • To compile and maintain event dockets for all events.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Business Analyst with experience in the SaaS industry to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who understands the business landscape, can work across multiple teams, and has a proven ability to use data to influence and drive key decisions.

The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders across the full customer lifecycle-from R&D and Marketing to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance-ensuring insights are effectively communicated and actionable. They should be comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from VPs to individual contributors (ICs) and have experience in a global organization, spanning multiple time zones and geographies.

This person is highly motivated to make a difference, shaping decision-making for complex business challenges and processes. They will also be a great team player, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Analytics & Data Science team to help translate big business questions into compelling dashboards, insights, and data solutions.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus but not essential. A working knowledge of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to help drive individual and company productivity is desirable.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights to influence and drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Develop and present compelling analyses to support initiatives across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Track key business metrics and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Help the Analytics & Data Science team translate big business questions into effective dashboards, insights, and data solutions.
  • Apply outside-in perspectives and thought leadership to ensure decisions are forward-thinking and aligned with industry trends.
 

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them navigate data and business insights.
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to align business goals with data-driven strategies.
  • Ensure that teams across the entire customer lifecycle have access to relevant and meaningful data.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting messaging for different audiences.
  • Work across global teams, spanning multiple time zones and geographies, to ensure alignment and impact.
 

Communication & Presentation

  • Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Develop clear, concise, and visually impactful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Translate complex data findings into business-friendly insights that drive action.
 

Data & Analytical Tools

  • Perform advanced analysis in Excel, including data modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Work with raw data to clean, structure, and analyse information for decision-making.
  • While Tableau and other BI tools are useful, expertise in these tools is not required.
 

AI & Productivity Enhancement

  • Leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance individual and company-wide productivity.
  • Identify opportunities where AI-driven automation and insights can improve decision-making and business efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to business analysis.
 

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience using data to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.
