Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly production plans and collaborate with manufacturing to maximize capacity utilization and meet requirements.
  • Identify material shortages as per the manufacturing plan and coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
  • Manage short-term and long-term capacity planning activities, ensuring appropriate communication and escalation to plant management.
  • Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, reallocating materials, and managing capacity.
  • Lead the Campus S&OP for the plant, developing supply and demand forecasts aligned with operations and market needs.
  • Drive new product launches from the plant, holding fortnightly discussions with the market on new product visibility.
  • Plan exhibit and trial batches, including material planning.
  • Maintain a batch master for produced batches and coordinate the release of drug products with regulatory bodies for CDL Labs release.
  • Analyze inventory and ensure liquidation of slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Required Skills:

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring , managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working with clients to fulfill their hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and closing positions.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, build strong relationships, and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Screening Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening, assess candidates' technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
  • Negotiation Offer Management: Facilitate salary discussions, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within a recruitment firm or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and non-technical roles across industries.
  • Expertise in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment CRM tools .

As an Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition, Associate in the APAC recruitment team, you will support clients across our Corporate Functions & Operations groups, executing all phases of the recruitment lifecycle from attraction to hire. Your role will be critical in sourcing top talent, handling volume hiring, and managing exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders and peers across multiple functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a recruitment subject matter expert, designing and delivering effective recruiting strategies to develop a diverse, qualified candidate pool.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues on APAC recruiting processes, controls, and policies.
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
  • Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, refining recruiting strategies based on feedback.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or RPO recruiting environment, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and managing the offer process for multiple levels of positions.
  • Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies across all levels.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships and influence business and HR partners.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
  • Strong commitment to diversity and shared values, serving as a role model for others.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate tracking and employment systems and processes.
  • Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills, coupled with business acumen.
  • Prior experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to tell a story with data and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience in Financial Services recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.
