Job Summary

The HR Executive will oversee and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee verification, onboarding, document preparation, employee benefits, contract renewals, and maintaining personnel records. This role also involves assisting with HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department. Additionally, the HR Executive will be responsible for driving campus hiring initiatives and building a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

 

  • Handle the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, screening applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with candidate selection.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus hiring initiatives, establish partnerships with universities and colleges, organize campus recruitment drives, and manage internship programs.
  • Verify employee details after recruitment, including background checks and employment history verification.
  • Prepare key employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contract renewal letters.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and their specific job roles.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to manage employee benefits, such as accident insurance, ESI, and medical insurance.
  • Register new employees with ESIC and assist them through the registration process.
  • Monitor contract renewal and salary increment schedules, and prepare the relevant letters upon approval from the Executive Director.
  • Maintain and organize accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Update the personnel database and ensure it is easily accessible for quick data retrieval.
  • Generate and provide regular HR-related reports to the concerned departments.
  • Ensure timely updates to the organizational structure (organogram) on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the resignation process, including preparing relieving letters and experience certificates for departing employees.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive organizational culture by promoting company values, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Support HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.

Required Skills And Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits programs (ESI, medical, accident insurance), and labor laws.
  • HR certification or relevant HR training is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and Technical Architect – AI & Gen AI Specialization for design and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud AI services.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Development
• Define and implement AI architecture for enterprise applications.
• Develop AI frameworks and models that integrate with existing enterprise systems.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Technical Leadership & Innovation
• Architect AI-powered platforms that support Gen-AI & AI frameworks and models.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and drive innovation in AI-driven automation, personalization, and optimization.

AI Model Development & Optimization
• Execute the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs and ML models.
• Optimize model performance using techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge distillation.
• Implement MLOps and AIOps best practices for continuous model monitoring and improvement.

Cloud & Infrastructure Integration
• Design and deploy AI solutions on Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI services.
• Ensure AI applications are cloud-native, containerized (Docker, Kubernetes), and scalable.
• Implement data pipelines, feature stores, and vector databases for efficient AI processing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to align AI initiatives with company goals.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to AI engineers and developers.
• Communicate AI strategy and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Security, Compliance & Responsible AI
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and fairness.
• Implement AI governance frameworks for explainability, accountability, and security.
• Address risks related to AI hallucinations, adversarial attacks, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: B-Tech / M-Tech Computer Science preferred

Experience : 10+ Years

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Core AI & GenAI Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and deep learning models.
• Expertise in GenAI applications, including chatbots, code generation, multimodal AI, and synthetic data generation.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and embeddings.
• Proficiency in AI-driven knowledge management, summarization, and automation.

Software Architecture & Engineering
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed computing.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Go, or other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for AI, and automated AI workflows.

Cloud & DevOps
• Expertise in deploying AI models on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with serverless AI architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud-native AI.
• Knowledge of data engineering, data lakes, and streaming analytics for AI.

OUR IDEAL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WILL HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology and software sales/business development, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
  • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.

    • Publishing the MARS report (I understand this takes extensive manual update from the BI report that gets exported) (1-2 hours)
    • Revenue and Margin trend report based on a OneStream file. (1-2 hours)
    • Laser NPD Report (uses the MARS file and makes manual adjustments) (4 hours, highly manual)
    • NPD Incremental Report (2 hours)
    • Revenue Achievement Report (1 hour)
    • CIJ-focused MARS report (4 hours) (Note – I don’t know why we create a separate file but until I have time to understand we need to keep doing it)
    • Monthly IB data of install printers update (2 hours)
    • Supporting NA EQ Bowler
  • Pricing (NOTE: I’m looking to see if this can move to another department, but until then, I’ll need support here)
    • For each product launch, BUM provides a price list in a template, gets uploaded to Oracle after first being uploaded and converted in a MS Access database file (no idea why this is the process….)
    • Regular daily price update requests. Highly manual, each takes 5-30 minutes. Updates are done in Oracle and require some validation first.
    • Parts that need to get added to a price list in Oracle
  • Ad Hoc
    • Lots of ad hoc reporting based on requests from various Product leaders (mostly me).
  • Knowledge
    • Critical that the person understand the way our data works. I do not want to be explaining every single time how our data is structured, where to look, etc.
  • New needs (future, not currently done)
    • Support each regional Product Director with regional scorecard creation each month (this is not yet created but I’m working on a new process)
    • New Product VMB being created; will need support standardizing the data pulls
    • Automation, RPA and AI – I want to automate almost all standard reporting. Everyone tells me “it can’t be done” but I don’t believe that. I think we can make it happen. I want to be the leader here.
