About the job

About this Position As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for executing local sales plans and strategies to drive growth within your assigned territory. Your role will involve maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, while actively acquiring new customers to expand the business. You will work closely with both the technical customer service team and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.

What You´ll Do

  • Execute local sales plans and strategies in alignment with the SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Meet sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) within the assigned territory, coordinating with technical customer service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Ensure excellence in execution at points of sale; oversee merchandising and brand representation in stores and salons, conducting regular market or store visits.
  • Follow up on store implementation, promotions, in-store stock levels, and identify gaps.
  • Take and process customer orders, negotiate customer agreements, and handle administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Job Purpose: The Manager is responsible for the oversight of a team or group. The Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate. The Manager is responsible to provide clinical consultation to project teams as needed. The Manager works independently, under supervision of the Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director.

Project Delivery Management and Oversight:

• Monitor performance by close interaction with project leadership/functional leadership and ensure that ongoing/revised project documentation and correspondence is accurate and complete.

• May be responsible for own assignments as project team member. This may include but not limited to taking the role of a senior level contributor on a project team and ensuring high quality and timely delivery of own deliverables, generating study specific status reports for study teams, Sponsors and/or management, and attend project team meetings as required at the project level

• Provide consultation, facilitate metrics collection and develop action plans in conjunction with Management/Project Leadership/Leads to keep project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Build an A+ SDR Team: Recruit, train, and manage SDRs handling inbound and outbound sales engagements.
Coaching & Development: Elevate team performance through recurring 1:1s and actionable feedback.
Drive Process Excellence: Create and refine SOPs, scripts, email pitches, and outreach strategies to maximize opportunities generated.
Own Team Performance: Lead weekly reviews, track performance metrics, and ensure SDRs hit and exceed targets.
Pipeline Predictability: Take ownership of deal pipeline forecasting, focusing on volume and value accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with Marketing to refine ICPs, develop messaging, and drive event attendance.
Partner with Sales to execute outbound strategies for target accounts and address revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with RevOps to optimize SDR tech stack and drive process improvements.
 

Experience & Skills Required:
8+ years in Sales/Business Development, preferably B2B.
1-2 years leading lead generation or SDR teams (preferred).
Proven success selling into US markets.
Strong track record in outbound sales and cold calling.
Hands-on experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Role Overview

The Event Manager is responsible for owning the management and delivery of assigned events projects and/or focus areas for virtual or in-person events.

Scope of Work

The Event Manager will be expected to effectively plan and organize work, have strong interpersonal communication skills, collaborate well with others, and deliver consistent results. They support day to day needs of the Travel and Events team, including but not limited to:

  • Ownership of all project delivery elements, utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction
  • Manage timelines and logistical elements per project
  • Participate in internal and external team meetings/calls with key stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute communications
  • Manage event registration process
  • Proactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and account team for timely resolution
  • Provide project feedback to all client stakeholders through summary and distribution of project debrief notes

  • Navigate within technology platforms and data sharing tools
  • Oversee appropriate reporting and accurate data

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 4-year degree or equivalent 3+ years of Event Management experience in the following categories: meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and incentives
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability in project management & financial aptitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Possible travel for client meetings, site inspections and/or onsite for assigned projects
